Gardening: Weekly opportunities throughout the growing season for women to come work in the Freedom Farm gardens and other land-based projects (permaculture orchards and food forests).

Community Farm Fitness: Volunteer opportunities for people in the community to work in the gardens and on the land are provided as well.
